World Time Hub is a free suite of timezone tools for remote teams, frequent travellers, and anyone working across international time zones. Check live world clocks, find the best meeting time across cities, and discover shared public holidays across 60+ countries — all in one place, no sign-up needed.
Timezone Overlap Scheduler — Find the Best Meeting Time Across Cities
Coordinating across timezones is one of the biggest challenges for remote and distributed teams. The Find Time Overlaps tool visualises working hours for every city you add on a single 24-hour timeline, making it immediately obvious when your colleagues are all online at the same time.
Unlike most timezone tools, this scheduler uses 30-minute precision slots — meaning cities like Mumbai (UTC+5:30), Tehran (UTC+3:30), Kathmandu (UTC+5:45) and Kabul (UTC+4:30) are shown with full accuracy rather than rounded to the nearest hour.
Simply search and add any city in the world. Amber cells show individual city working hours, while bright gold cells mark the shared overlap window where every city is within its defined working period. The summary below the timeline lists exact overlap windows converted to each city's local time.
International Public Holiday Overlap Finder — Plan Across Borders
When working with international clients, partners or teammates, knowing when multiple countries share a public holiday is critical for planning. The Holiday Overlap tool cross-references public holiday calendars for over 60 countries and instantly shows you the dates where two or more countries are off at the same time.
Add any combination of countries — for example Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom — then select a year and click Find Overlap. The results are grouped by month so you can quickly see how many shared holiday windows exist across your selected countries in any given period.
This tool is ideal for project managers, account managers, HR teams and anyone coordinating across international offices. Use it to avoid scheduling key meetings, deadlines or go-live dates on days when key stakeholders are on public holidays.
